Here's a great video to help get more power out of your throw. It shows how to focus on "the hit" in your throwing motion.

This video talks about getting out of a distance slump!

This will get the avg. distance from 380' to about 430'+ on avg.

430' accurate distance is world class distance in disc golf, just like 290 yards in ball golf is world class distance if you can hit that distance every single time when you need/want to where you want/need to.

That is what I would like more players to understand, no one needs to be a tiger woods of disc golf. what you need to be is a competitor because even the great tiger woods cannot win every single time neither can ken climo!

your setting your bar to high thinking you can beat anyone at any given time. play within your abilities showing the technique I have learned from a good friend and studying technique from the world class players is what this video is all about so anybody can improve their distance + accuracy no matter what the gain may be.
